ODIS defends suppliers and service providers in contract compliance and recovery audits. We review every finding, answer the auditor, and push for claims to be withdrawn rather than split down the middle.
Free consultation. No fee unless we reduce the claim.
For suppliers on the receiving end of an audit
Most service agreements give your customer the right to audit your billing. When they use it, often with an outside audit firm, you end up with a claim: a list of findings, a dollar figure, and a deadline to respond.
Outside audit firms are often paid a share of what they recover, so they have every reason to make a claim stick. We sit on your side of the table, and we work only for suppliers.
We work with vendors, distributors, and service contractors facing pricing, labor-rate, allowance, and other billing claims under their MSAs and service agreements.
What we handle
- Claim review
- Before you respond or pay anything, we review each finding and tell you plainly where it stands.
- Written responses
- We prepare the response to every finding, written for the auditor and for your customer.
- Auditor communications
- We handle the communication with the auditor from start to finish, so it isn’t on your desk.
- Resolution
- We push for findings to be withdrawn or reduced, and we tell you honestly when one should be paid.
Bring us in at any stage
Most suppliers call when the preliminary findings arrive. Once a claim is finalized, it’s too late to challenge, so the earlier you call, the more we can do.
Before the audit
We review the audit clause in your agreement, the scope, and the lookback period, so you know what to expect before the first data request.
During fieldwork
We help you handle the auditor’s data requests and keep the audit to what your agreement allows.
Preliminary findings
We review every finding, prepare your responses, and handle the back-and-forth with the auditor.
Audited before? Many agreements allow an audit every one to five years. Bring us in before the next one starts.

$65,953 claim recalculated to $4,445
An auditor claimed $65,953.27 on a labor-rate finding. Our transaction-level review reduced the calculated variance to $4,444.75, and we then tested whether even that remaining amount could be sustained.
